What do you do?
I manage operations day to day, from receipt of mortgage application to redemption.

Why did you join Together?
I got a call from a headhunter who asked me to come and speak with Marc Goldberg. The rest, as they say, is history. Marc has an ability to engage you and there is no going back!

What do you like best about your role? And what don’t you like?
I love the people I work with, and watching and supporting their development. I don’t like driving home on the M56 on Friday Bank Holiday weekends – behind every caravan going to North Wales! I live in Chester...

Have you changed personally or professionally since you joined Together?
Well I’ve got older. I’m now a Nanny so my life has changed personally.  Professionally speaking, I have learnt more in the last eight years working alongside the people I do now than in the previous 17 years. My career has developed, my knowledge and experience have developed, and I believe I’ve grown as an individual, by embracing the opportunities given to me.

What qualities do you need to do your job well?
The ability to adapt to change, knowledge of the market, open mindedness, flexibility, and most important, common sense.

Where do you see yourself and the company in five years?
It sounds corny, but doing what I do now. So managing the operation, vision and strategy, and working with a great group of colleagues around me.

Outside of work, what do you get up to?
Baby George has taken over my life. However, I like to run half marathons, go to the gym, and spend time with family and friends.
