At 0.49% (*fees and charges apply), our lowest monthly rate helps with cash flow when you need it the most to help purchase residential property at auction or add value to a property prior to re-sale or Buy to Let.

Whether you’re employed, self-employed, a limited company, limited liability partnership (LLP), sole trader or partnership, we’ll do all we can to arrange the funding you need. Even if you’re an expat or don’t have permanent rights to live in the UK, we will consider your application. And if you’re funding a buy-to-let yourself, don‘t worry as there’s no upper age limit.

We’re also very flexible about the type of property you’re looking at – we’ll consider all residential investment property in England, Scotland and Wales. There are also no lender's legal fees and free valuations on most purchases.
