    If we’re happy that your enquiry fits our criteria, we’ll email you a link to an online application form. It’ll take about 15 minutes to fill in and you’ll need details of each applicant’s occupation, including details of monthly income, to complete it. If approved, we’ll send you an email confirming your successful application and pass it to our underwriting team.

    Our team of underwriting specialists will complete a credit check, a quick, online survey on the UK Hometrack website, an income assessment and an ID assessment. We'll need proof of income if you're employed, rental income if you're a professional property investor, or accounts information if you're self employed. We'll always keep you updated by email.

    Your solicitor will need to return all documents to us, signed by you, at least 48 hours before the completion date or the date you need funds by. We need:

    • Signed Loan agreement
    • Legal fees
    • Signed Data Protection Notice
    • Signed Direct Debit mandate

    If you’re applying for finance for a company, we’ll also need:

    • Signed Personal guarantee
    • Signed Debenture
    • Board minutes agreeing to the loan

    We'll send an email confirming that we’ve received the documents.

    Once we have your documents back from the solicitor, we'll make sure all the information is correct. Then we'll sign them off, transfer the funds to your solicitor, and let you know by SMS or email.
