Payment deferrals

The deadline for requesting a new payment deferral ended on 31/03/2021. If you contact us after this date, we won't be able to offer a payment deferral but we will review your individual circumstances to see how we can help. Customers who already have a payment deferral on 31/03/2021 may be able to extend it to cover future payments.
