Bridging loans now available through networks and clubs

As of November 15th, members of mortgage networks and clubs have the option to submit bridging loan cases directly to us, as well as going through a packager if they prefer.

If you elect to come direct, we'll happily walk you through the process of submitting one of these cases – as we know they can be a little more complex than your average mortgage. Coming direct could speed up the whole process, and there are other rewards too.

We offer both regulated and unregulated bridging loans, meaning clients can take advantage of them in a wide range of circumstances.
