My payment deferral is ending and I am still struggling financially

What are my options at the end of my payment deferral if I am still struggling financially?

The Financial Conduct Authority recently updated its guidance regarding payment deferrals. This guidance requires us to continue to offer support to our customers who are impacted by the COVID19 pandemic. This may include offering a further payment deferral or arrangement where it is appropriate to do so or we may discuss alternative options. To confirm, we are continuing to offer support in line with such guidance.
