Prize Draw: Terms and Conditions.

1. The prize draw is open to all employees of selected UK organisations who have received the Together Festive Advent Calendar 2024 from Together.

2. The prize draw is free to enter and no purchase is necessary.

3. The prize draw involves five challenges online and there will be a winner for each challenge picked at random from the prize draw.

4. All entries must be submitted via a challenge on a Typeform website www.typeform.com and only one entry per person is permitted.

5. To be entered into one or more of the prize draws entrants must submit their contact details and agree to be contacted by the Promoter in order to be notified, should they be selected as a winner.

6. For an additional entry into the prize draw entered, entrants must share their completed entry on LinkedIn, tag Together and use the hashtag #Togethersfestivechallenge.

7. Entrants must only submit work contact details. Any personal contact details will not be accepted and entrants will not be entered into the draw for that day.

8. The opening date of the competition is from 08:00 on 02/12/2024. The closing date of the prize draw is 17:00 on 12/12/2024. Entries submitted after this time will not be considered.

9. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault of any kind.

10. The winners will be chosen by random draw after the closing date (”Draw Date”).

11. There will be one winner picked from the draw for each challenge completed. Each challenge winner will receive either a bottle of champagne, a food hamper, Coop Live Tickets, Amazon vouchers or £500 towards a team night out to be used before 31st January 2025.

12. The winners will be notified by email (using details provided at entry) on or before 20 December 2024. If a winner does not respond to the Promoter within 30 days of being notified by the Promoter, then the winner’s prize will be forfeited and the Promoter will be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above.

13. Where applicable the prizes will be sent to the winners by post 15 days after the winners being notified and accepting the prize. All prizes will be sent out to winners by January 31st.

14. The prize for the winner is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.

15. The Promoter reserves the right to replace any prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond the Promoter’s control makes it necessary to do so.

16. The decision of the Promoter regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.

17. Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon entry. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse entry, or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.

18. The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.

19. Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.

20. Personal data supplied during the course of this promotion will only be processed as set out in the Promoter’s privacy policy and/or the Promoter’s Data Protection policy.

21. The prize draw will be governed by English law and entrants to the prize draw submit to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
