Introducing Legal and General Surveying Services

Great news! We’ve moved to Legal and General Surveying Services (LGSS) as our preferred valuation provider for Network & Club cases.

We’re making this change to:
• extend our coverage to Scotland and Wales, in addition to England,
• expand the fee scale to include HMOs up to 6 beds,
• ensure greater transparency for N&C brokers ahead of submitting applications.
