Together Financial Services Limited ('Together' or 'the Group'), one of the UK's leading specialist mortgage and secured loan providers, announces that John Lowe, Group Finance Director, has advised the Board of his intention to leave Together to seek new opportunities closer to his home. As a result, the Board will now commence a formal search for his successor.

John, who joined Together in January 2018, will remain a Director of the Group until the end of September to ensure an orderly handover of responsibilities and to support the completion of our year end reporting activity.

Gerald Grimes, Group CEO Designate of Together, commented: " On behalf of the Board I would like to thank John for all he has done for the Group over the last two and a half years and for his continued contribution. We will be sorry to see him leave and wish him every success for the future. We will commence a search for a successor to join our experienced executive management team, who have successfully navigated the business through several economic cycles, and which is supported by a Finance team with significant breadth and depth of expertise."

John Lowe added: " While this has been a difficult decision, I feel now is the right time for me to consider new opportunities for the next stage of my career. Specialist lenders remain highly relevant, helping consumers, investors and SME's who may otherwise be excluded from gaining access to mortgage finance, and I look forward to following the Group's continued success."
