Proud to sponsor Stockport County F.C..

As proud sponsors of Stockport County F.C., who are going from strength to strength this 22/23 season, we caught up with some of your favourite players to learn about their challenges, what home means to them, and the importance of coming together for our community.

Since our partnership in 2020 began, Together and Stockport County F.C. have been working to educate primary school children through the ‘County Together’ schools initiative, using football as a fun way to deliver important messages like healthy eating, regular exercise and good behaviour.

The presentation gives children the chance to meet Stockport County players and ask their heroes questions, as well as providing interesting information about the club and competitions.

The youngsters also enjoy an appearance from Club Mascot Vernon the Bear, which is sponsored by Together. All children involved receive a full-colour magazine, which reinforces positive behaviour, as well as a free family ticket to a home fixture where they can enjoy the Together Family Stand at Stockport County’s Edgeley Park stadium.

Overcoming challenges

Life is full of challenges. And as property finance experts who help people realise their ambitions, we know these barriers can be overcome.

We asked the Stockport County players to share some of their challenges, and how they’ve worked through them to achieve their goals.
