Together’s Tanya Elmaz promoted to Managing Director.

Specialist lender Together has promoted Tanya Elmaz to the new role of Managing Director of Intermediary Sales.

Reporting into Chief Commercial Officer, Ryan Etchells, Tanya will oversee all broker relations including club and networks, roving underwriters and new introducing brokers to the lender.

Her broadened responsibilities demonstrate Together’s commitment to expanding its intermediary partnerships

Tanya’s promotion from Director of Intermediary Sales comes after almost three years of leading the team and expanding Together’s intermediary panel to drive a 32% increase in annual sales on last year totalling £1.6 billion.

Tanya said: “I am delighted to be stepping into the shoes of Managing Director for Together’s Intermediary team. Building a team that can support our broker community with the high service levels that we expect is a role that I truly relish. In the last three years the intermediary team has gone from strength to strength and I couldn’t be prouder of their achievements to date. I look forward to taking our Intermediary channel to the next level and driving our ambitious growth plans ahead.”

The promotion will see Tanya play an upweighted role in managing broker and intermediary relationships and follows the announcement that Marc Goldberg, CEO of Sales and Distribution will retire in December 2026.

Tanya joined Together almost ten years ago as a Business Development Manager gaining in depth experience in underwriting and intermediary sales. In addition to leading a 47-strong team that generates £1.6 billion annually, Tanya also recently oversaw the launch of a new Club and Network channel.

A passionate advocate for promoting women within the workplace, Tanya is Gender Lead on Together’s DEI Steering Committee where she is driving strategic change through allyship programmes, training initiatives and long-term development opportunities for women.

During her time as Director of Intermediary Sales her leadership has resulted in71% female representation at SLT level, 55% across leadership, and a 50/50 gender split across the wider team — achieved not by quotas, but by creating an inclusive, aspirational environment where talent can thrive.
