“We’ve used other lenders in the past, but Together are now our first port of call – because their service and knowledge of our business results in a seamless harmony between our respective companies, even in the most complex deals. Together are genuinely passionate about our business. Their people care about providing us with the best service and they truly are partners we can count on every time.

“Together aren’t just finance experts, they have a deep understanding of business, property, and the market we operate in. If we ever encounter a problem, they are experienced enough and care enough to come up with a solution in the timescales we need – and we want to work with them time and time again because of that.”

“I know Together value our partnership; I never have to wait long for a call back, and the entire process (from decision to funding) happens very quickly. I can’t underestimate the time I’ve saved not having to spend hours chasing things up, and Together don’t go back on their word like we’ve experienced with other lenders.

“As a business we’re always expanding and we’re really excited about the years to come. Together will no doubt be by our side.”

Bradford’s Conditioning House – a local landmark

We’ve supported Priestley Group with a number of ambitious projects, including the regeneration of former wool testing mill, Conditioning House in Bradford. Nathan Priestley and his business acquired the building in 2017 and have invested millions in refurbishing it, thanks to a £8.5m development finance loan from Together, and have since created more than 150 high-quality apartments.

"I've been working with Nathan and the team for a number of years, and his drive and work ethic is like nothing I've ever seen.

At Together we have huge admiration for the strong business Nathan has built, and we're delighted to be supporting such a well-respected and prestigious developer with their funding requirements."
