Payment Protection Insurance Complaint

You may be eligible to make a complaint if you purchased a payment protection insurance (PPI) policy on one of our loans. At the time, this could have been through one of the following lenders - Cheshire Mortgage Corporation, Phone-a-loan or Blemain Finance. You can make a complaint if:

• You believe that the PPI policy should not have been sold to you.
• You were not made aware of how much commission you were paying on your policy, and believe that this undisclosed commission may have affected your decision to purchase this policy.

Please note that your eligibility to make a complaint about the commission on your policy will depend on factors such as the regulatory status of your loan. Our advisors will check this for you when we receive your complaint. It is also possible that the broker or another third party sold your PPI policy. If that is the case, we will let you know which part of your complaint you will need to refer to them.

You do not need to use a claims management company to make a complaint – complaining is free and all complaints are judged by the same criteria.
