Together continues its impact on the UK property lending market.
Following another strong month of origination Together has announced it has now supported over 13,400 transactions in the past 12 months – delivering an average of 52 new loans every single working day in the last year, to its customers.
The finance group, whose continued ambition is to be the most valued lender in the UK for its colleagues, customers and business partners, highlighted its position as one of the leading non-bank lenders with a staggering 13,414 loans written between March 2023 and the end of February this year.
In February alone, the group completed 1,154 transactions for its customers, recording another month of over £250million of new lending, with over 920 loans in its unregulated arm and supported over 230 regulated customers achieve their property ambitions.
Short term bridging loans which remains Together’s core business totalled £110.8million, but it also delivered 294 Buy-to-Let mortgages worth nearly £54.3million to its growing customer base.

Together’s loan book increased to £6.8billion in the quarter to December 31st, 2023, according to the latest Q2 results published earlier this month.
The financial group, which was founded 50 years ago and now employs over 750 people has experienced continued growth through its broad product offer, flexible criteria and strong culture of customer service.
During the latest quarter, the group achieved CCA Global Accreditation for excellence in customer services and launched a new retention product to support existing customers. This month the company launched it’s first above the line TV campaign to mark its 50th anniversary with a campaign entitled, ‘Opening Doors Since 1974.’
