Together is testing its new online platform.

We’ve recently started the first phase of testing of our new Together Online Portal.

Together Online is our new digital service, which allows customers to view their account information, balance and documents in one safe and easy-to-use place whenever they need them.

To ensure we can collate information on how the system is performing, and gain invaluable customer feedback, we have invited a small number of customers to take part in testing, ahead of Together Online’s wider roll out in the new year. The selected customers will receive an email invite from us offering the opportunity to take part.

If you receive an email invite and would like to discuss, you can get in touch with us on our dedicated Together Online number 0161 468 7523 – please have your account number to hand. We’re here 9am to 5.30pm, Monday to Friday.
