About our graduate programme
In 2025, the Together graduate programme commences in September. We will be seeking candidates for a wide variety of roles, including Finance, Data, Project Management, Procurement, Lending, Architecture and Software engineering.
You don’t have to be interested in building a career within a specific area or pathway, but you should be curious and open-minded with a craving to learn within a successful business, and a long-term desire to be a future leader.

Throughout your programme you will be fully supported by a dedicated Academy Manager, lots of learning and development opportunities as well the opportunities to work closely with Senior Leaders.
What to expect
