Together Academy.

About The Together Academy.
Our graduates and apprentices make a real impact on our business, not the coffee.
Our leaders are passionate about our Academy colleagues which means you’ll be at the heart of major projects, creating important tangible outcomes designed to build your experience and confidence in the workplace, gaining recognised qualifications as you go.
Throughout your programme you’ll have the full support of a dedicated Academy Manager to guide you, lots of learning and development opportunities as well as more exposure to our board and senior leaders than you may expect.
All of which is designed to offer you accelerated career development.

Check you qualify.
We want to hear from people who are curious and open-minded with a desire to learn within a fast-growing business, and a long-term ambition to be a future leader.
To become an apprentice you need to be at least 16 and be studying for (or have finished) your A-Levels or an equivalent. You don't need any minimum grades and there's no maximum age – we welcome applications from people returning to the workforce later in life. If you fall into this category, we're more interested in your skills and experiences than exams you did decades ago.
To join our graduate scheme, you’ll need to have graduated from University in the last year, or be due to graduate in 2023, with a minimum achievement or expectation of a 2:2 degree.
