What does a Service Desk Team Leader do exactly?
I provide guidance to members of my team as we collectively help our colleagues and business teams across the company with their IT and telecoms needs.

What do you like best about your role?
I work with some great people, and the diversity of the work keeps things interesting. It's never boring and things are constantly changing and evolving for the good.

Have you developed professionally since you joined Together?
I’ve been able to progress into a more senior role, taking on fresh challenges and responsibility for team performance.

What qualities do you need to do your job well?
The determination and persistence to find solutions to problems is key, and this requires a logical and methodical approach. Being able to work in a team is also very important.

Where do you see yourself and the company in five years?
I see the company flourishing and gaining an even stronger foothold in the market. For myself, I hope to progress in my role as Service Desk Team Leader and take advantage of any other professional development opportunities that come my way.

Outside of work, what do you get up to?
I'm quite geeky so I like playing computer games, watching films, and reading comics. But I also like going to concerts, playing golf and cycling.
